临近年关，北京、辽宁大连、山东等多地发布今年燃放烟花爆竹政策，大连部分区域腊月二十三至正月十五7点至23点均可燃放烟花。全国部分地区在规定时段内可燃放。

北京：环球度假区限定区域内可燃放
北京市2022年1月1日起已实行全市域禁放，北京市辖区内任何地域除市政府批准外均禁止燃放烟花爆竹。近期，朝阳区、丰台区、通州区等地再次重申禁放政策，不过，通州区明确北京环球度假区限定区域内燃放烟花爆竹，须经公安机关许可。
The ban on fireworks throughout Beijing, implemented Jan 1, 2022, will still be in place in 2023, according to Beijing’s municipal authorities.
With the ban, fireworks will not be available to purchase at retail outlets in the city during the Spring Festival holiday of 2023.

辽宁大连：除夕不限时燃放烟花炮竹
12月30日，大连市人民政府发布《关于做好2023年烟花爆竹燃放管控工作的通告》。《通告》显示，控制燃放区域以及之外区域，除夕燃放烟花爆竹不限时。

控制燃放区域有：中山区、西岗区、沙河口区、甘井子区、高新园区全域，其他区市县（先导区）建成区为控制燃放区域。
山东：两地可燃放爆竹
在山东，东营、滨州两地率先明确春节期间在部分区域和个别时间段可以燃放烟花爆竹。

据滨州市政府官网发布的《滨州市烟花爆竹燃放管理办法》，在滨州市主城区（东、西、南、北外环路以内），县（市、区）城区建成区限制燃放， 即自除夕至正月初五、正月十五可以燃放，其他时段不得燃放。
上海：外环线以内区域禁止燃放
12月31日，上海市公安局发布《上海市公安局关于加强2023年春节期间本市烟花爆竹安全管理的通告》，明确上海市外环线以内区域禁止燃放烟花爆竹等。
The use of fireworks is prohibited around the clock in areas within the outer ring road of Shanghai, according to the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, which issued a notice Saturday underlining fireworks safety management during the holiday season.
合肥：全域禁止燃放
根据《合肥市燃放烟花爆竹管理规定》和四县一市人民政府相关规定，合肥市全域范围内（除庐江县、巢湖市公告非禁放区域），全年禁止任何单位和个人生产、经营、燃放任何种类烟花爆竹。
