BYD Announces H – Share Lot Size Change to 100 Shares
比亚迪宣布将 H 股每手股数调整为 100 股
BYD will change the minimum trading lot size of its H – shares from 500 shares to 100 shares, effective September 19. Based on the closing price of HK$114.4, the entry threshold will drop from HK$57,200 to HK$11,440. BYD said this will enhance H – share liquidity and broaden the shareholder base without affecting existing shareholders’ rights. The stock has fallen 23% since late May.
比亚迪将把其 H 股的最低交易每手股数从 500 股改为 100 股，自 9 月 19 日起生效。以收盘价 114.4 港元计算，入场门槛将从 57200 港元降至 11440 港元。比亚迪表示，这将提高 H 股的流动性并扩大股东基础，且不会影响现有股东的权益。自 5 月下旬以来，其股价已下跌 23%。
