Suspected Cyberattack Knocks Out France’s Postal and Banking Systems

France’s national postal service La Poste and its banking arm, La Banque Postale, suffered widespread outages on Monday following a suspected distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack. The incident was described as a “major network failure” that disrupted all internal information systems. As a result, online mail services, banking websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms were temporarily unavailable.
