China’s CXMT Surges on Memory Chip Boom

China’s leading DRAM maker CXMT reported first-half revenue of 150.31 billion yuan, soaring 873.64% from a year earlier. Net profit reached 77.61 billion yuan, reversing last year’s loss. Strong AI demand, tight global DRAM supplies and rising prices boosted results. Expanding production and growing DDR5 sales also helped CXMT outperform its pre-IPO forecasts.
