Tencent said on Friday that users can access external links in the one-to-one chat scene after upgrading to the latest version of WeChat, a move that came after Chinese industry authorities ordered internet giants including Alibaba and ByteDance to open up their platforms to each other.
9月17日消息，腾讯发布关于《微信外部链接内容管理规范》调整的声明称，近期，工信部对外链管理提出了专项指导意见。
腾讯称，将依据相关法律要求，经监管部门审批，以安全为底线来推进“分阶段、分步骤”的互联互通方案。同时，微信也将积极配合其他互联网平台共同落实本次指导意见，探讨在其他平台上顺畅使用微信服务的技术可能性，实现进一步的互联互通。
