Zeekr, Geely’s premium electric vehicle brand, has released official images of its upcoming flagship SUV, the Zeekr 9X, which is set to debut at Auto Shanghai 2025. Positioned as a luxury full-size SUV, the 9X introduces a bold new design language for the brand, combining comfort with a commanding presence. Its front features a large grille with vertical chrome bars, complementing the Zeekr 009 MPV’s family design. The side profile is sleek with clean lines, while the rear boasts a unique “Ring Screen Star Diamond” taillight, with 43,343 diamond-cut facets for a standout look.

The 9X also introduces significant technological advancements. It will be the first to feature the G-Pilot intelligent driving system, built on Zeekr’s Level 3 autonomous driving platform. This includes an advanced sensor suite with five LiDAR units to ensure 360-degree coverage. Furthermore, the 9X will showcase Zeekr’s “Super Electric Hybrid” technology, blending the benefits of BEV, PHEV, and EREV systems for an enhanced driving experience. With a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3 seconds, the 9X promises impressive performance.

Market positioning places the 9X in the luxury SUV segment, with initial pricing estimated at around 500,000 yuan (68,000 USD), and potentially higher for a “Grand Edition.” The Zeekr 9X will be officially revealed at Auto Shanghai 2025, where it will be displayed in Hall 6.1.
