OpenAI has released GPT-6 Astra, which it calls its most powerful and best-aligned model yet. The new AI can write code, conduct research, operate computers and handle complex, multi-step tasks, and can even create documents and spreadsheets from user templates. Astra is OpenAI’s first model rated “Critical” for cybersecurity capability. Access is rolling out first to a limited group of organizations, with ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise users expected to get it in the coming days.
