Samsung and Mistral AI Team Up to Bring AI Models Into Chip-Making
三星与Mistral AI达成战略合作，把大模型引入半导体制造
Samsung Electronics has formed a strategic partnership with French AI company Mistral AI to weave large language models into its semiconductor business. Under the agreement, announced September 9, Samsung will integrate Mistral’s flagship model, Mistral Large, across its chip operations to build customized, on-premises AI models for engineering and manufacturing. The deal, unveiled during a France-South Korea summit in Paris, is part of Samsung’s push to reinforce its leadership in AI chip technologies. For Mistral, the partnership opens access to one of the world’s largest chipmakers and a major testbed for industrial AI.
