Airbus Wins 55-Plane Order from Chinese Airlines
空客获中国两家航空公司55架飞机订单
Airbus has won an order for 55 aircraft from two Chinese airlines, including 15 widebody A350-900 jets. Air China announced on Friday that it will buy 15 A350-900 passenger aircraft, while its subsidiary Shenzhen Airlines will purchase 40 A320neo narrowbody jets. The deal strengthens Airbus’ position in China, the world’s second-largest air travel market, especially in the widebody segment. Both the A350-900 and A320neo are new-generation aircraft designed to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operating costs. The airlines said the new planes will help modernize their fleets, expand route networks, and improve overall efficiency while supporting future growth.
